15 oz part skim ricotta cheese

2/3 cup confectioner’s sugar

½ tsp grated orange peel

½ tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp miniature chocolate chips

10 sugar ice-cream cones

 

In a large bowl with electric mixer set on low, beat ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes

 

Spoon mixture directly into ice-cream cones and serve.
