Not sure of the actual name of the recipe…I only tore out the one page. My Cooking Light adventure continues!
This was a MAJOR hit with everyone. Picky hubby, toddlers and all.

- 4 (6 oz.) Tilapia fillets
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 c. fresh orange juice (about one whole orange)
- 3 T. fresh lime juice (about half; I saved the other half for squeezing over the fish when it was done)
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 t. lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 t. paprika
1. Coat a shallow baking pan with cooking spray and arrange fish in a single layer.
2. Combine orange juice and next 9 ingredients (through garlic); pour over fish and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat broiler.
4. Sprinkle fish with paprika.
5. Broil fish 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Drizzle sauce over fish.
