2 pounds potatoes, cooked
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Peel and cube potatoes and dice egg. Combine potatoes, eggs, green pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Pour over potato mixture. Refrigerate several hours.
